Institutional capital funds 100% of project cost via a Specialty financing structure secured by a long-term, bondable, absolute triple-net (NNN) lease with you, which serves as collateral to obtain 100% of the project financing. This allows you to treat the entire deployment as a predictable operating expense (OpEx), preserving your capital for core business activities.
